Our women’s team has had a dream start with a victory in the team’s first race today.
Maeve Plouffe clinched victory in the National Road Series Tour de Brisbane criterium, ahead of a super strong field in the first NRS race of the season.
Launched in April 2019, the Pro Racing Sunshine Coast women’s team is a development team comprised of some of Australia’s most promising talent.
The team is a collaboration between the Australian Cycling Academy and Cycling Australia’s Podium Potential Academy to establish a clearer pathway for young women cyclists in Australia to the elite level of the sport.
